She has over 25 years of hands on experience addressing the physical manifestations of stress, age and life changes.

Kathy King is an Educator. For 25 years she has educated clients on self-care and stress management. She combines her knowledge, skills, compassionate nature and sense of humour to help create positive change in your life.

“I have always been interested in health and wellness and in 1999 I entered the health care profession as an RMT. Since 2004 I have owned a health clinic that provides rehabilitative services for people of all ages, and from 2019 to 2024 I educated students in the Massage Therapy Program at a private college.

This year I have stepped into the next chapter of my purpose, as a Home Transition Specialist.

My journey to becoming a Home Transition Specialist began during the first 20 years of my life.

During this time, I had many ‘influencers-teachers-guides’ and I believe they are placed in our path, to help us live our purpose. For me, the most influential people were my Mom and my Grandparents, and they were the ones that led me here, to this purpose; to help families, retirees, and seniors to either, age safely in their home, or to help them downsize and relocate.

My goal is to utilize my education and experience from my health care profession to help people transition into the next chapter of their lives, with ease, compassion, understanding, and hopefully a few laughs along the way.”

Beshoy’s interest in human anatomy first led him to pursuing an undergraduate degree in health sciences at Western University. Upon completion, Beshoy was still on the quest to find a hands-on profession that will allow him to utilize functional anatomy. It was his belief in the interrelationship between structure and function of the human body to help people that led him to discovering the world of osteopathy. He has since been using his manual skills and osteopathic principles to provide tailored treatments to restore health since graduating from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018. Beshoy is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and gain further knowledge to aid him in providing the best treatments for his patients.
