Most people find reflexology to be very relaxing for the entire body. Thai Foot Reflexology is not painful but if you feel discomfort be sure to tell the reflexologist. She will work within your comfort zone. Some areas may be tender or sore, and the reflexologist may spend extra time on these points. The soreness should decrease with pressure. If you’re ticklish, not to worry. The reflexologist applies firm pressure to the feet.

Beshoy’s interest in human anatomy first led him to pursuing an undergraduate degree in health sciences at Western University. Upon completion, Beshoy was still on the quest to find a hands-on profession that will allow him to utilize functional anatomy. It was his belief in the interrelationship between structure and function of the human body to help people that led him to discovering the world of osteopathy. He has since been using his manual skills and osteopathic principles to provide tailored treatments to restore health since graduating from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018. Beshoy is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and gain further knowledge to aid him in providing the best treatments for his patients.
